Banana Chips! How To Make?

Banana, the best fruit to get when you are hungry, it's sweet and smooth.
Banana chips, is probably the best fruit chips out to accompany your favorite movie.

There are two type of banana chips, one is dehydrated and the other is fried in oil. Today you would learn how to prepare both. If you prefer healthier banana chips, then I recommend not to fried them. But if you are one of those mouth-satisfying-health-not-caring person, then fried banana chips are the best for you, because everything fried tastes good.

Step 1 - Choose some fresh and nice bananas, peel their skin off. Cut them into small slices of about 0.5-1 centimeter.

Step 2 - You can add you own seasoning, but for the demonstration, let's use 10 servings of banana, 1 serving of milk and 5 serving of water.

Step 3 - Mix milk and water, then put the freshly cut banana slices in it, make sure all banana slices got some milk on it.

Step 4 - After that place banana chips on the dehydrator, choose the function on the dehydrator to "Vegetable" if you have one, or simply set it to 80-100℃.

Step 5 - If you don't want to fry your banana chips then you just let them dry out completely in the dehydrator, times might varies. This would be your last step if you want your banana chips to be healthy food, if you prefer fried banana chips, see Step 6.

Step 6 -When banana chips only have around 15%-19% of humidity left, take them out of the dehydrator. Fry them in vegetable oil (130-150℃) until they become slightly brown. Done! Crispy banana chips, hmmm!

As I am doing this article I just finished one whole bag of banana chips, I bought it in supermarket, because I am too lazy to make them myself...
